RETURN, EXCHANGE and REFUND POLICY

Product Opening Video is Mandatory for all Claims. This video will help us quickly verify any issues and process your claim efficiently. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to accept returns for missing or damaged items.

  • To exchange the item(s), Mail us to – exchange@rivvaaz.com with your Order ID and mentioning the reason for exchange.       
    • Exchange requests will not be accepted after seven days from the date of receiving the product.
    • Our dedicated team will review your request within 24-48 hours and they will share you the details of the courier.
    • Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Once you have sent the order back to us, please share us the photo copy of courier receipt to the same mail id exchange@rivvaaz.com so that our team can track and evaluate accordingly. 
    • Please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached. We have the right to refuse the exchange.
    • Upon receiving your parcel, our team will check it and if approved we’ll dispatch the requested product(s) to the same address used for placing the order.
    • Items bought in the any Sale or Clearance Sale Collection/Page are not eligible for exchange.

Note: The courier may refuse to pick up the item if the original tags are not intact or if it’s clear that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We are very sorry to say that, currently we do not accept return requests. 

Cancellation Policy 

Rivvaaz aims to support its customers with a flexible cancellation policy. Here’s how it works:

You can cancel item(s) in your order immediately or within next 2 hours of the order placed.
After 2 hours, no cancellation request will be accepted.

If your order has already been shipped, it will be cancelled once the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to us. In this case, we will deduct the courier charges of Rs 200 and refund the remaining.

Refunds on Cancellation

If you chose Cash on Delivery, there’s no refund since you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, you will receive a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 days after cancelling your order.
